What to Expect
- Students complete their math and reading coursework online through Florida Virtual School (FLVS).
- FLOTA teacher Ms. Perez (Ms. Cat) supports students alongside their FLVS teachers.
- FLVS provides a pacing guide with assignments to complete each week.
- All other subjects are taught right here at FLOTA.
- ✓Grades for FLVS coursework are entered into MySchoolWorx along with on-campus grades.
Academic Integrity Matters
Plagiarism and cheating are not tolerated. Any use of artificial intelligence to complete assignments will result in failure and removal from the hybrid program.
Students who fall too far behind the FLVS pacing guide can also be removed. We will communicate with you immediately if this becomes a concern.
